meetings suck

Why is it that only plebs know the phrases "too many cooks in the kitchen" .. or "too many people steering the boat"?  Or "too many chiefs, not enough indians"?

Seems like there's always meetings to talk about what people are gonna do, and not so much of the doing of what people are gonna do ..
