new guy!

Alas, the new guy started today - seems a nice enough sorta guy.  No one told him not to rock up in a suit so he's here probably feeling mighty out of place witih the rest of us looking a whole lot more casual ;)

Other than that, yet to guage his real ability because he has some other training today and tomorrow.  Hoping to work that out pretty soon and give him some stuff to work on.  Not sure what yet tho - no one has time to train him so its a bit of an endless loop there.  No, no resourcing problem at all ;)
