I miss out on a monthly review this month - well, last month .. well kinda last month.  We're supposed to get one every month, at the start of the month, for the month prior.  So for example, a review in February for January and so on.  I don't get on this month because everyone's too busy.  That, along with not being allowed in team meetings makes me feel pretty wanted :P
