New character names

Ok all, so like I said before, the new guy started on Monday morning and is working out pretty well so far :)  All good.  But thing is, to talk about him, he needs to be called something (that isn't his real name :P).  So, I was thinking of calling him TNG (The New Guy), but very soon, there'll be so many new people that he can't be TNG.  Especially in May when we have a new guy starting!  TNG could also be The New Gal - who starts in April ;)

So, vote's up.  What do we call the new guy?
