another car, another bike and uni!

This week is our last week with our car, Aslan.  Bittersweet moments - Aslan has served us (very) well, however we get our new car on Thursday evening :)  As always, pictures will be posted come the time.

Renee's dad has pretty much convinced her to get a bigger bike than she'd originally intended - Yamaha XVS650 (V-Star Custom 650cc).  Learner legal, of course, and a little bigger than the 250 we were looking at initially :)

And last but certainly not least at all, Renee started uni this week :D  She's doing Bachelor of Education at UniSA and had her first lecture this morning - all very exciting and I am unbelievably proud of her :)  Hopefully she'll be able to pick up another subject next semester as well, depending on the workload of everything!
