Another headliner today (clearly not the main news, since I am happier about the Groodle being ok than this), is that our neighbours are selling up again.  They seem to think they'll get somewhere between 250 and 270 for the house, and I think they're dreaming as it were *grin*.  Whilst 250 is in the REALMS of possibility (ours was valued at 220 without the new kitchen), 270 is just not right   Admittedly, the more they sell their place for, the more ours gets valued at, which works for us *laugh*

And its not just us who're mighty happy with this development .. our strata manager is delighted and cheering *giggle*

The neighbours are buttheads ;)
