Google Docs
For years, we’ve had a budget spreadsheet kicking around. Batty wrote an online system but we found that we just weren’t using it and we kept reverting to spreadsheets. I love the idea of the online system to track bills and payments, I just can’t seem to stick to it when a spreadsheet is exactly what we need.
Today, Batty suggested we give Google Docs a go to see if we could make the spreadsheet a joint effort without worrying about versioning (storing it on our ftp site and downloading it to make changes). So, we’ve uploaded our document and I think it’s perfect. It is *so* exactly what we needed 
I thoroughly recommend giving it a go if there’s something you need more than one person to access
