100% pure work

I read an article once that said it was unreasonable and unfair to expect your employees to put in 100% effort 100% of the time.  Employees need "down" time to be able to figure out where they're at and not constantly be using brainpower and energy.

Here .. No, let's not do that.  Let's make sure we're so under-resourced that everyone has to work solidly during the day otherwise there's nothing to show others about how hard we're working.  Let's not forget though, that when there's so much on, everything moves slowly, or things start waiting for each other.

I'm so busy and I'm so sick of having to work constantly, day in and day out and not have time to do anything properly.

Can't wait to find a job where I can do stuff properly and not be so brainfucked all the time :P
