when your own standards aren't good enough

I've been making a lot of mistakes lately .. and things keep falling out of my head.  I can hear my manager on the phone at the moment talking a customer through something I didn't pick up sooner and so it got to the point where it was an issue.

I'm not even game enough to comment in the job *sigh*  "Yeah hi you're one of the lucky recipients of one of my errors".
