Receipt Please!

10 days since an update! There's a reason, I promise :)

We left Adelaide for our Sydney (and friends) road trip last Friday morning, stopping at Wagga for the night, then on to Sydney on Saturday. On Sunday we cruised on up to Wingham, about 10 k's from Taree to see Skye and MD who we haven't seen for like .. 3 years? Be about that :)

So yeah, spent a couple of days with the guys up on the coast and then back down for a few more days in town. So far we've done dinner with respective friends (in my case, Dawn, Bin and Reg at Bar Italia), dinner with family a couple of times, and caught up with Ian and his Sarah :D and tonight is dinner with Glen and Trent who've been nice enough to lend us their spare room for the week *grin*

Mmmmm what else have we been up to? Not a whole lot .. dropped out to Parramatta shopping centre today and spent the rest of our money *laugh* .. Its kinda cool being at all the places we used to go to and seeing what's changed in the meantime.

Only thing really left on the agenda at this stage is dropping into Canberra to see Daniel and Daniel and Daniel's girlfriend Nat (w00t! :D) on our way home this weekend.

Oh, as an aside, we're actually here to be here for the birth of Renee's first nephew, Sam. Unfortunately, as luck would have it, he's late and there's no sign of him yet, so it certainly appears that we'll miss him and will see him when he's a few months old in July. Bit of a shame, but hey, if you don't want to be induced, you don't want to be induced and who are we to mess with the way things are meant to be? :)

So, Sam, wherever you are, you have two aunties who can't wait to meet you in July if you don't get here before Friday .. which is tomorrow :P
