When resourcing is a problem .. ;)

This week has been pretty nasty at work.  We have one person off at Networkers and some other bright spark decided that a major project had to be done before the end of the month.  Given that the person performing that project is doing his CCIE lab next week, this week was the only time available.  So, two members of a three person team down, I was left fending for myself all week with everyone else's work *grin* 

I'd love to say that I went out of my way to show there was a small resourcing problem such that jobs just aren't getting done, but I haven't had to do that at all.  There's a lot of things at risk projects-wise today and I haven't had to "prove my point" as it were .. Point's been proven for me which makes me smile

On a brighter note, I was head hunted yesterday!  Got a call from a recruiter who'd had a recommendation to come looking for me for the role which is a big boost   Yesterday of all days it would have been funny if the job they approached me about was something I was interested in doing *grin*
