Need a weekend for the weekend?

Saturday morning we woke up at the crack of .. well, the crack of SOMETHING.  It sure wasn't DAWN   Headed down to the airport and jumped on the 6am flight to Sydney .. YAY! :D

Renee's brother, Chris, was taking his "who wants to be a millionaire" dollars and heading to London to try his luck at the big(ger) city on Sunday night.  Saturday night was a big family dinner at Chilli's in Campbelltown to say hi and seeya, so we caught up with pretty much everyone family-wise for the night.

During the day on Saturday, we did some hardcore retail therapy.  We left Adelaide with just our Crumpler shoulder bags and by the time we'd seen the Christmas Cave store, the Rocks Markets, Gowings and Borders, we had a whole lot more stuff *giggle*  Needless to say, good thing we had a rental car and weren't trying to jump on a train

So yeah, early morning, fly to Sydney, retail therapy, see family, sleep, early morning, fly to Adelaide, lunch with friends to celebrate a 100% mark on a RHCE exam, home for sleep, out for BBQ *puff*

All in all, had a fantastic weekend, but I think it needs to be a bit longer to recover ;)
